22 years ago, I found myself going through a divorce, suddenly with an 8 month old baby and homeless. That was the beginning of my journey. It didn’t seem like the beginning of something at the time, but here I am 22 years later telling my story from a perspective that I would have never imagined.
All of you are either at the beginning of your journey, in the middle of it, or close to getting to the other side of that life changing experience. Today, I have earned two Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Business Administration, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor.
There would be no way anyone could have told me I would be where I am 22 years later, but I am also very certain that I made it by God’s grace as I discovered Gods purpose for my life.
